Osclass plugin that enables your users to rate buyers / sellers and leave feedback, registered and non-registered users as well.

Rating functionality

Each user can get rank based on average rating, rating count and days from registration. Admin can specify these levels. There are 4 types of rank:

  • Superhero
  • Captain
  • Conqueror
  • Novice

Each rating consist of overall score, comment and 5 additional types that can be allowed/deny in plugin settings:

  • Communication
  • Delivery
  • Quality
  • Speed
  • Recommend

Overall rating of user can be shown in theme via stars and numerical value.

In plugin settings can be set that each rating must be validated by admin, allow to leave rating only to logged in users, show link for rating of user in user account (sidebar) and hook options.

New rating is submitted via ajax without reload of page, that makes adding ratings and reviews on osclass much easier and efficient.

Easy to install and adapt to your needs. A small thing i see as the only downside is: That when a person rates someone... the statement cannot be changed later. Suppose you buy something and you're not satisfied with the article, but later on you buy something else from the same user and you are very satisfied ...you can no longer rate or change the user as a 5 star user .... Maybe an idea to possibly take with you for a next update? Furthermore, it works like a charm smile

Hello Andy, Thanks for your review. In order to satisfy customer's requirement with our products we provide demo site for all osclass plugins as well as themes. In case you want to show user name, enable reviews just for registered users. Regarding customer service, it's unprofessional to tell support "refund me or I will write negative review", unfortunately this is really not reason for refund. As we discussed, user rating plugin is fully functional and works as described in product description.
