Age Warning PRO Plugin

Age warning pop-up/modal box for adults only content is mandatory in many countries, Age Warning PRO Plugin create modal that informs visitors about adults content and does not allow them to browse content without pressing consent button.

Age Warning Modal

Plugin simply blocks content of website if previous consent from visitor has not been found in cookies, that visitor is aware of content for adults and is 18 years old or older.

If visitor is using incognito mode or is blocking cookies, age warning modal will be shown eachtime they visit your classifieds.

Customization options

Extension comes with rich customization parameters that makes setting up of this plugin easy and fast.

Enablement

Restrict on what pages is age warning modal generated:

• Home page - box is always generated on home
• Search page - box is generated on search page if meets conditions for that (category, no category)
• Item page - box is generated on listing page if listing belongs to selected categories

You can also globally disable age warning modal or enable dev mode that helps to setup content and design of box.

Category restriction

Select categories where age warning modal will be shown, so if you have general classifieds with adults content as well, this may be very helpful feature, as you do not want to show this modal i.e. in Jobs category.

It is possible to select one or more categories, recommendation is to choose also parent category of selected categories. If no category is selected, popup is shown in all the categories.

Plugin also contains option to define behaviour if no category is selected on search page, if age warning box should be shown or hidden.

Custom text, Image & Color

Plugin has option to easily define text shown in modal box as well as text shown on consent button. It is also possible possible to change strings via translation files (Po) for multilingual classifieds.

Consent button color can be specified as well from plugin settings.

In configuration parameters, it is also possile to hide image shown above header in age warning modal (18+) or replace it in file system, in case there is business need for different picture.
