Job Application Plugin provides feature that enable advertisers to add job application form on their jobs & services listings. Visitor clicks on “Apply for a job” button on listing page, fill contact details and upload CV, Certificates and other documents required for job.

Jobs Apply Extension adds essential functionality required by jobs classified or jobs & services categories on classifieds website. Advertisters can easily manage applications and their files in user account, visitors receive notification about acceptance of application. Administrators receive notification as well.

• Applicant can fill contact name, email and address (can be different as in profile)
• Application form supports CV and custom number of additional attachments, like certificates and documents
• Admin can control number of attachments, file size, extensions and file counts in backoffice
• Users can monitor status of their applications in “My Jobs” section in user profile
• Advertisers can manage applications on their listings in “My Jobs” section in user profile as well
• Automatic deletion of old applications configurable in plugin settings
• Admin can enable job applications in selected categories, can enable applications on all listings, or advertisers can choose whether to add “Apply for a job” button on their listings, or can enter own URL to external form for job applications.
• Plugin also supports expiration of applications – after entered date, it’s not possible to submit a new job application anymore.
• Statistics, counts and latest applications & profiles in backoffice dashboard
