Would you like to move your ads into different Osclass installation or simply want to bring more content to your existing Osclass website? It may be hard work to do it manually, listing by listing, time consuming activity.
XML Ad Importer Plugin for Osclass can handle this for you. This extension allows you to import listings from different sources, it even does not need to be Osclass as source.
Source XML file should contain all relevant information about ads those should be imported and must be carefully created to avoid any problems with import. To make sure your source file is correct, take a look on example.xml included in plugin, it describes how fields should be constructed in XML for proper functionality.
There is no hard limit how much listings you can import in one batch, only limitation is speed of your server. You should set PHP maximum allowed execution time to maximum if your source file is big, but basically you can import hundreds to thousands of listings in one batch.
Fields you can setup and import using this Osclass addon:
- Title, description and category in selected locale
- Contact email and name
- Price and currency
- Country, region, city and city area
- One or more ad images
- Publish date
