What does Auctions add on a vehicle listing?
Bidding and an optional buyout price on that listing. Uncheck Auctions before checkout if you only want fixed-price ads.
Do dealerships get a branded inventory page?
Business Profile gives each dealer a company page that lists their stock. Private sellers stay on a normal user profile.

If a bid wins, how does money actually move?
