Yes. Ultimate Attributes PRO lets you add a sale-or-rent field plus beds, baths, property type, and area. Those become listing fields and search filters on the same site.
How do visitors browse homes by neighborhood?
OpenStreetMaps is preselected. Listings can sit on a map so buyers search by area instead of scrolling a long text list.
Which property facts can agents fill in on a listing?
You define the fields. Typical ones are sale or rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, and floor area. Ultimate Attributes PRO stores them per listing and exposes them in search.
Can an agency show every agent's inventory on one page?
Business Profile gives the agency a company page that lists its properties. Individual agents can still have their own presence, depending how you set accounts after install.
I already run holiday lets. Is this the wrong page?
This setup is for sale and long-term rent classifieds. Booking & Calendar is optional here. If blocked dates are the main job, open the rental listings solution instead.
Why OpenStreetMaps and not Google Maps?
The recommended map plugin is OpenStreetMaps. Google Maps is a different product and is not part of this starting list.
If I only need listings, do I still have to buy Osclass Pay?
No. Payments is optional. Leave it off until you charge for featured properties, memberships, or publish packs.
